Rates
Weekly rates: $4,000/week.
Monthly rates: $12,000/month.
Holidays and Special Events (Concours de Elegance , AT&T Golf, Christmas, New Year’s)
Weekly Rates: $6,000/week.
Refundable security deposit: $1,000/stay.
Minimum rental period:
There is a one-week minimum rental. The home may be rented for any number of days over one week on a prorated daily basis, excluding holiday/special event weeks.
Reservation: Your reservation will be booked upon receipt of 50% of the rental amount. Remaining 50%, plus security deposit, is due not later than 30 days before commencement of rental term.
Changes and cancellations:
We will refund payment for cancellations made 30 or more days in advance, minus a $500 cancellation fee. For cancellations within thirty days of the rental period, the full payment (minus cancellation fee) will be refunded only if the house is rented by others for the same period.
No smoking or pets, please.
